Make Up Removing Towel

I was very disappointed when my makeup removing wash cloth arrived and it was gray. I imagined I’d receive one of the other three lovely bright colors pictured on your website.
But to make matters worse and especially aggravating is that I took the time to both email & respond on the form asking if I paced a new order, paid once again including shipping, could I trust I could get a bright color version. Never heard back!
