Returns/Refunds

We offer a unconditional guarantee on all our products, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please call us within (14) days of receiving your order at 479-226-3156 and let us know how we can make it right.

We can issue you an online shop credit to use in our online store, for the amount of the products original purchased price at time of sale, or if you would like a credit issued back to you in the form of a payment, please mail the unused portion back to us within the (14) day time period and we will issue a refund for your shipping and original purchase price of product.

We do however suggest purchasing our smaller sample sizes if and when
available to be sure you are happy with the handmade product before committing to a larger size.
